3 large ripe bananas mashed
2/3 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
3 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 2/3 cups original Bisquick
Cinnamon to taste
Preheat oven to 300 degrees. Grease/pam bottom of 9x5x3 loaf pan.
Combine bananas, milk, sugar, oil, eggs and vanilla in a large bowl.
Stir in bisquick.
Once mixed add desired amount of cinnamon into batter and stir in completely.
Pour into greased pan.
Bake 50-60 minutes. Check with toothpick to see if it is done in the middle….the toothpick should come out clean.
Edges should be browned lightly. (middle may look lighter)
Cool 10 minutes and remove from pan…cool completely before slicing.
Spread some butter on a warm slice, and you have moist, melt in your mouth, banana bread.
