Many of you have enjoyed her guest post here on TMJ Hope’s blog and the ergonomic tips her & I worked on together. If you liked those, you’re going to love her book!

Good luck!! Together, we have hope.
Every one needs a healing plan for this pain.
this can really help me. 🙂
I had both my jaws injected with cortisone a few months ago and that night I ended up in the Emergency Department in agonizing pain. I felt like my head was going to explode. 2 months later, I feel that the injections have helped the pain and hopefully have slowed the deterioration of the joints. However, if I’m going to have this treatment again, i will do only 1 joint at a time so I can cope better with the pain. Thinking of you all who have TMJ 🙂
What a wonderful idea! I am so glad that someone had taken the time to think about all of us that are suppering with this ailment. Without even seeing this I am thinking that this is probably something that will end up being a TMJ patients best friend. I will definitly look for it for everyone that I know, and let my doctor know that it exists! Thank you Cynthia!!!!!!!!!
I want this book!
I’d like it too!
Always up for a good book and trying to heal myself!

Would love to read this one.
This book sounds amazing…I would love to get my hands on it. As a long term, chronic TMJD suffer I am looking for more tips on how to combat the issues/symptoms that I deal with daily. I have had many treatments in the almost 10yrs since my car accident and unfortunately I am feeling hopeless about the future. The pain is terrible! This book looks great!
There are so few good resources for us TMJ patients – here’s hoping this book ushers in a new wave of interest in the subject. Thanks for caring!
I’d love to read this book!
