Three Cheese Penne Pasta & Brownie Bottoms

Two more crockpot recipes today! Pasta and brownies… carbs anyone? LOL… So far the new crockpot we got has been doing very well. I highly recommend it if you don’t have one yet.

Three Cheese Penne Pastapasta for tmj disorder
10 ounces refrigerated Alfredo sauce
1 cup milk
12 ounces evaporated milk
4 cups shredded Italian 3-cheese blend
1 pound penne pasta, uncooked
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper


1. Lightly coat the crockpot with cooking spray.
2. In a medium bowl, whisk together the alfredo sauce, milk, and evaporated milk until very smooth.
3. Pour into the slow cooker and add the remaining ingredients. Mix well.
4. Cover the pot and continue cooking on low for 3 to 4 hours. Try not to stir or remove the cover while it is cooking!
Brownie Bottoms
1 cup brown sugar
1 1/2 cups water
1/4 cup cocoa powder
5 cups brownie mix, packaged
5 1/2 ounces instant chocolate pudding mix, packaged
1 cup milk chocolate chips
4 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
1 cup water


1. In a saucepan, combine brown sugar, ¾ cups water, and cocoa. Bring to a boil.
2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spread this mixture in the slow cooker.
3. Pour mixture from saucepan over all. Cover; cook on High for 1 ½ hours.
