Theracane – Week Four 30 Days of Hope Giveaway

The Thera Cane Massager is back! These things are really neat. It’s one of those things that you never knew existed, but you just can’t live without once you have one. It’s looks like a short cane with balls sticking off of it randomly, but it’s anything but random. You use it to apply pressure to treat trigger points (or muscle knots). The pressure helps break up adhesions in muscle fibers and tendons. The way it’s built allows you to apply a lot of pressure without a ton of work. Even in the middle of your back (where massaging a trigger point yourself would be pretty much impossible without the Theracane). Read more about the Theracane (also, there are over 300 great reviews there).

Good luck!! We may not be able to giveaway your pain, but how about a Theracane instead? 😉 😉

  1. I am not blogging on this to win the Theracane….. I won one already! Let me tell you, this cane is amazing! It has already taken away the tight muscles that are the beginning of a migraine twice since I have had it. If you have migraines or back pain, this is the product for you. I can’t say enough good things about this, it helps me get through the day a bit easier and I also have to say… it’s addicting! It lives on my breakfast bar and every time I walk past it I grab it for a couple minutes! If you don’t win one….. BUY one!!

  2. I used something similar to this at a Pain Rehabilitation Hospital and found it extremely helpful. Unfortunately, with having to pay for specialists, medications, natural supplements etc I have not yet been able to buy one but it is on my ‘dream’ list!

  3. I have been using a golf ball and placing it between the knot (when I can reach it) and the wall and just leaning in… which does help. I would love to try this.

  4. I don’t deal well with muscle knots now. I stay tight all the time and if I’m lucky my sweet mom will try and massage my neck and my back to loosen up my muscles but its only temporary.I really need something else to help. I’m hoping that once I start PT soon that will help me but can’t start that for another week due to insurance hold up. 🙁

  5. I hope I have the luck of Kathy to win this. I am a trier and I can try anything for the relief of TMJ. This looks more than ordinary. Great idea for simple n useful product.
