I think most TMJ disorder patients agree that sleep is a huge issue for us. The Sleepmatterzzz® Pillow can help… it is engineered with patented air-cell technology in order to reduce pressure points, and maintain blood flow and proper spinal alignment throughout the night. Here’s what the company has to say about it:
- Adjustable – Customers can adjust the pillow to their personal contour with a simple twist of the air valve.
- Portable – Lightweight. Users can simply roll up the pillow and pack it on trips to make sure they always have a great night’s sleep.
- Durable – Made of rugged polyvinyl, Sleepmatters pillows come with a lightweight, washable anti-microbial cover. The pillows are also backed by a 3 year limited warranty.
Pretty neat! You can read more about it and read some reviews on Amazon.
Did you know that during the month of November, we have given away close to 3,000 dollars (actually, it’s exactly $2,810) of TMJD friendly products? Shipping to each of the winners was generously donated by the employees of TMJ Hope (all 2 of them ).
We couldn’t do this without your continued support, and we are looking forward to bigger and better campaigns in the future. We still need your help to spread the hope – Donate to TMJ Hope today.

Sounds like its a worth a try!
This sounds interesting… worth a try!
I would like to win this… I love lots of pillows!!
Could seriously use a pillow like this, sleep is difficult for me, constant twist and turning throughout the night. Sure could use a good pillow for once!
Last week I had some major issues finding a comfortable position for my head. Definitely need something to help me sleep better and toss and turn less.
THIS pillow looks like it would seriously let sleep in and neck pain out!!!

I’ve tried using a neck support pillow that my chiropractor recommended. Doesnt work too well for me. Seems to make my migraines worse which then circles around to lock up the muscles in my face which makes my migraines worse. Life- the never ending circle….
Looks very comfy!
This pillow looks like it’s worth a try as well…. I’ll try anything for a decent nights sleep!
I am reminded of the Right Pillow just when I get up in the morning with severe muscular pain in face, scalp and neck. I must try this one.
looks pretty neat!
I have cervical disc issues as well ass TMJ and gotta wonder–
would it help? I have tried sooo many pillows.. This looks promising in support of back of neck as well as sides..I pictured the pillow in my mind and pictured my head placed just right and think this pillow has strong potential..
Certainly would be beneficial towards headaches I get from the cervical issues as well as TMJ I’d bet..
Whomever wins will have a better night for it..
oops that is I ahve cervical disc disease (as) well as TMJ–no way to edit..sorry…

I haven’t had a decent sleep since my car accident that fractured both sides of my jaw. Six years later I still suffer excruciating pain from my TMJ and am losing hope for any cure. I’ve tried everything, including three splints from orthodontists, and nothing seems to fix the problem. I only hope that this pillow can alleviate some of my neck spasm…my current memory foam pillow and buckwheat pillow haven’t helped.
I believe Hannah you need to adjust your mattress too. Hopefully, a good pillow with a matching mattress can work wonders. Best wishes!
